Technoblocks
A permanent shuttering system used instead of traditional cement ash blocks. Placed between concrete lintels to create a base for casting the final concrete slab — delivering thermal insulation, improved acoustics and reduced structural load.

#120 Technoblock
The moulded #120 Technoblock can be used on a balcony or any grounded or low-bearing area where there is no constant weight on top of it. Its solid profile makes it ideal for lighter slab applications.
Moulded EPS block used as a permanent shuttering element on balconies and low-bearing ground floor areas. Acts as a void filler when concrete is poured, providing thermal insulation and acoustic improvement while significantly reducing structural load.

Type 02
#190 Technoblock
The moulded #190 Technoblock is designed for double-storey construction where there is constant weight on the slab above. Three hollow circular cores allow steel rods to pass through for structural support. Caps supplied for closing off ends — 6 caps free for every 5 blocks ordered.
Moulded EPS block for double-storey construction. Three hollow cores run the length of the block, allowing steel reinforcing rods to pass through. End caps are supplied to close off cores at slab edges.

EPS Shuttering for Concrete Slabs
Technoblocks replace traditional cement ash blocks as a permanent formwork system. The EPS acts as thermal insulation and an acoustic damper, while dramatically reducing dead load on foundations. Installation is faster and requires less labour than conventional block-and-beam methods.
